Once this is complete repeat the process with the inside closet door.
How to remove sliding closet doors.
Remove the screws holding the bottom track in place with a screwdriver.
Most of the time the door will pop right off.
The screws are on the outside edges of the floor guide on both sides.
Then try lifting it up a little and pulling it towards you.
Remove the screws securing the floor guide with a phillips screwdriver.
Then angle the door towards you and pull gently detaching the door from its top track.
Find the adjustment screw and rotate it with a screwdriver phillips or slotted depending on model to bring.
First loosen the brackets at the top of each door with a flathead or philips head screwdriver.
Every sliding door is set up slightly differently but almost all of them can be removed by following a few simple steps.
Remove the outside closet door by first sliding the door to the center of the track.
Slide the floor guide away from the door panels.
Look at the bottom of each closet door to locate wheels that rest on the bottom track.
